Tony, it might be too early to believe that you & Jill have changed my life but I think you did! I had foot reconstruction surgery almost 3 years ago and today was the first time I have walked without pain. When we left your store we went shopping. I really don't want to take these shoes off...Why did I wait so long to try Good Feet? Thank you both so much!
Chris was really helpful today. I had my first experience a little over a year ago with David (who was awesome too!). I got myself some new kicks and inserts today and am so grateful a took the leap and got this system last year for my feet. I just went in for new shoes today and Chris looked at my inserts and told me they were flat and I needed new ones. Went into the good feet store, everyone was busy so I waited, when one of the guys finished up he came over and said hi I'm carl, then he went and helped another lady, that came in after me, so I left. My kid thought he left something in the store so we went back in and he said he thought I was with the lady, that's a lie he walked by me 4 times before she was even in the store. Carl you lost a sell, worst customer service I've experienced in a long time

I had a great experience with Filly at the Good Feet Store. She really took some time to figure out exactly what I needed. I especially loved that she didn't try to sell me things I didn't really need. I went in there because my foot pain was so bad I was having difficulty walking down the stairs in the morning, and my first few steps after sitting down were very painful. I'm happy to report that all of that is gone now, which is a huge deal considering I'm a server by trade.
