Worked with Josh and it was awesome. My knee pain stopped as soon as he fit me for the orthotics. So glad I went and spent the money.

Business response:

Did not work for me, non refundable, still paying on them 6 months later. So sorry I wasted my money.

My husband spent $2000 on a pair of custom arch supports. He did not, in fact, receive immediate relief, nor did he receive short-term or long-term relief. The policy is muddy about returns. He just had foot surgery two days ago due to the progression of his plantar fasciitis. I’m very disappointed in the amount of money we had to spend to learn that these orthotics did not help him at all.

I suffer from plantar fasciitis and heel spur. It was increasingly painful to walk. I visited The Good Feet Store. David was able to help me with my pain. I am pain free. Your feet are worth the investment. What price do you put on being pain free?

Paid over $3000 for insoles and was under the impression that we could take them in once a year and have them replaced. That is supposedly the reason for the high price when you go to get them replaced it doesn’t cost much. Went in today and was told they won’t replace them they are fine and they should last a lifetime. When my husband went in the year before with no problems and had them replaced. Save your money and just get the ones from Walmart or your chiropractor. These people rip you off. Glad the woman waiting in lin... read more
