As soon as I put my feet in my shoes, with the new arches in it, which were mid flex, my feet felt like brand new feet. I felt like I could take off running right away. It was well worth the price I paid for the supports. Terry Perkins, the sales man was very helpful and courteous, and also funny. He made it a wonderful experience.
