I fully recommend this place. I cannot say enough good things. I have been to many different tattoo shops, and this one definitely is the best one I have ever been to. Joel always gives it to you straight in a professional and friendly manor. All of the artist's work is great. I also had the pleasure of being tattooed by Frank, and he is also an amazing beast. I got my first tattoo on May 1st by Katie. She was great to have for an artist. Always asking how I waa doing, she made sure to count to 3 like I had asked so I was ready, and she did a fantastic job on my forearm tattoo. I will definitely come back when its time to start on my chest piece!
This was my 6th tattoo and the 4th shop I've been to and I will never go anywhere else for ink ever again. The entire shop is super clean and neat and Sam is a freaking GOD! He drew up exactly what I wanted and the finished tattoo is beyond my wildest expectations. It's healing perfectly and I am so excited to come back to him for more. They can be a little on the pricier side but for the quality of work you're getting it's SO worth it!
I was really overwhelmed when I first decide to get a tattoo. I did a lot of research to ensure I'd find a clean, reputable place that would do amazing work. That's what led me to Good Family, from over an hour's drive away. Everyone seemed friendly at first. I was told Frank was great at fonts but when I showed him what I wanted he said he didn't do fonts and that's something another shop would do. He was rude every second of the way, and wasn't personable what so over. Made my first experience getting a tattoo terrible.
