Wonderful customer service all around. The phone operator was so nice and helpful, she took concern, asked questions, and was able to set up an appointment with ease. The technician was professional and informative. Very good experience and I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs pest control services.
Tim came on Monday and did my basic insect and rodent service. He discussed some ways to help with prevention on the outside of the house. Always pleasant and professional.
Adam and Marcus were great!!! They were prompt and took care of a yellow jacket nest in my attic and also one near my mailboxes that I didn’t know about. Will definitely reach out for any more pest removal issues!

I was very worried I had bed bugs. Jordon from Good Earth came. He inspected everything, and answered all my questions. He did not play into my fears and try to sell me a service I didn’t need. Thankfully I didn’t need their pest removal services this time, but will be calling Good Earth Pest Company if I ever do! Jordan went above and beyond and even left some eco friendly bug traps to further put my mind at rest.
