We hired Good Earth for a carpenter ant problem. Our house was crawling with them, one even crawled across my iPad screen while I was reading! It was beyond creepy and it became intolerable. We tried to solve this on our own but it just got worse. GE evaluated our property, gave us tons of good advice on how to manage it, and they eliminated the problem. They were respectful of our needs and our attitude about the use of chemicals. Thanks to them I can sit in my living room without constant heebie jeebies!

Wonderful customer service all around. The phone operator was so nice and helpful, she took concern, asked questions, and was able to set up an appointment with ease. The technician was professional and informative. Very good experience and I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs pest control services.
Tim came on Monday and did my basic insect and rodent service. He discussed some ways to help with prevention on the outside of the house. Always pleasant and professional.
