Went to grab a coffee today asked for a triple triple they lady said back we’re not Starbucks Like what does that even mean ? After looking at her confused she was trying to tell me how to get to Starbucks we don’t put cream or sugar in coffee. You do it ur self . WHICH IS FINE I DONT mind but loss the attitude and stop being lazy !!! Wouldn’t recommend they don’t want ur business and extremely rude !!! Ruined my day
Ordered a beverage to be made with oat milk (I’m lactose intolerant) today. Barista making drink asked the person who rang me in if it’s with 2%. Instead of clarifying with me they went ahead and made it with 2%. Luckily I caught the issue and they kindly remade the drink. If I didn’t catch it I’d be in pain for a few days. Why not take 2 seconds and ask me than assume and make someone sick?!
