I tried this place out last week and was greeted with the most welcoming employee, she was brunette with glasses and had such an amazing attitude. It made me want to come back, which I did. I am not the one to leave a bad review, but coming across these other reviews, it seems like there’s a pattern with the same employee, the one with the pixie cut with glasses. staff are absolutely awful. they are incredibly rude to customers and have done this several times. the older woman complained about making my drink and rolled her eyes when I told her to have a good day. the drinks are also horrible. they taste watered down and bitter. I'm pretty confident in saying that they could make water taste bad here. I am not usually one to leave a bad Google review, but for the same price as other competitors (aka expensive) the results are definitely not worth it. please do not go here.

wanted a coffee for my morning errands, so i went in and waited a bit because the barista was busy doing something else, when she came out to take my order i didn’t even get a greeting, just a “what can i get you” in the flattest voice ever. i’ve worked a job like hers so i know it can be tiring but a greeting would at least be nice.. i ignored her lack of greeting and asked politely for a medium latte with vanilla syrup, she didn’t say anything just typed it in and told me my total, so i paid and waited. when she handed me ... read more
