Very disappointing -- I checked their website to see if they were open (with covid and all) -- and they were. So, I proceeded to drive to the clinic only to be told that they are not open. Seems to me updating the site is in order!

This is my favourite walk in that there is in town. I always feel respected, safe and understood in this clinic. The nurse is kind and really listens to any issues I have. I am always quickly seen to and the nurse does not rush through but takes time to listen and ask questions yet I never have to wait very long. She does an excellent job at matching me with the doctor who can best prescribe me my needed medication and has background in my area of concern. Please do yourself a favour and do not waste your time going to this clinic. It was a waste of my parking money. It doesn't say anything online about their doctors only seeing you via webcam. This clinic is only focused on swiping a health card to make money, not about their patients actual health and wellbeing. I had two concerns (a cold and ear infection due to piercings) and the doctor refused to look at my ears.. all I wanted was to get some cream prescribed to help me with the infection. My daughter and I really appreciated the nurse and Doctor. They were kind, thorough, professional and we were treated With respect and dignity. Vast improvement from our experience at the red river clinic. Thank you so very much.
