They wouldn't help me because it was in relation to a car accident. I was told to go sit in emergency - for a non emergency situation, which is what I thought the clinics were for. I just needed a referral for an x-ray because I can't just get one on my own. Oh, and no way to refund the $20 I gave when I booked the appointment - convenient. Booked an online appointment for today as I had no choice yesterday due to calendar put me on today’s date.It’s advertising that it’s open and got a verified email,only to see an email sent an hour before scheduled appointment that they aren’t open on Tuesdays and my appointment was cancelled and my 20.00 donation was received yesterday.So many things are wrong here.Totally unprofessional and should be corrected.NOT COOL!
I was apprehensive about going to this clinic because of the poor Google rating but it’s not bad! The nurse was friendly, met with the doctor virtually and she prescribed me some medication. I was able to get the prescription filled at the pharmacy. If you’re looking for no frills & quick diagnosis, this is your place. Also payment is not mandatory!
Do not waste your time with this “clinic”. They are the most incompetent people running a medical clinic, the nurse doesn’t seem to know certain medical practices and fails to let you know if you do not do certain medical tests correctly. Not only that, but the doctor herself dismisses patients and does not give them an opportunity to discuss what is going on.
