As the Corporate Office of Good Day Pharmacy, I don't know if you can do anything or not, but my husband and I have a continual problem with the Good Day Pharmacy in Eaton filling our automatic refill prescriptions in a timely manner. Good Day in Eaton always says the problem lies with the doctor's office and the doctor's office says the problem lies with Good Day. It seems like this is something that should and could be resolved instead of just the back and forth blaming. Thanks for your time.
I called and spoke to Nicole about getting a COVID vaccine, she was so kind and helpful, while I spent hours on hold with other pharmacies trying to get information, it was so nice to talk to a live person, and one who actually answered my questions. Thank you Good Day for reminding me why you guys are the best.
