Been going to the Boise store for 8 years now. The service has really gone down hill. The front counter service is not doing well. Can't get a straight answer on when a prescription will be ready. When your a senior who has trouble standing for long periods of time and you go to get your prescription and it's not filled!
Last week I called Lora at GMC for help in getting medicine to my elderly mother, in Grover. She was very professional and extremely helpful in contacting the dr, allowing me to pay, arranging for mail service, thus saving my 94 year old father a trip to Greeley. I can't thank Lora enough for her kindness and understanding. Pamela P.
