This is the second time I have used a carpet cleaning service. The first time, I needed them to come back and treat a rug that was difficult to clean. They were very kind and did an excellent job. Most recently, I had several pieces of furniture that were soiled by a renter's dog. They managed to restore the furniture and also cleaned two mattresses. I want to share my experience with Good Day Carpet Cleaning. I called on a Sunday, and they arrived within the hour. I had some plumbing issues that caused water to back up in my bathroom. Although another carpet cleaning company had dried the carpet well after the incident, I knew they wouldn't be available on a Sunday. I've been using this carpet cleaning service for many years, and I can't say enough good things about them! They are always professional and on time, delivering top-notch work every time. Recently, I've also had my carpets and tiles cleaned a few times each year. My home feels so fresh and clean after their visits! We were advised to get carpet cleaning services when our water pipes froze. They arrived the same day and attempted to help us with our issue. Although they couldn't resolve it immediately due to another complication, they provided us with excellent advice on how to handle the situation. i'll definitely be hiring them again, a+++. much appreciation to roger and derek from the carpet cleaning service. roger was very thorough, explaining everything and checking in to see if i had any queries during the process. i prefer a cool house when physical work is going on, and when i asked derek if this was okay, he agreed, saying they appreciated it as they can get quite warm. he also gave me additional information about leaving the fan on to aid air circulation after they had finished. roger paid special attention to... read more
