Nolan arrived right on time and took the time to walk through the house with us, clearly explaining the benefits of adding a sanitizer and Scotchgard treatment after the carpet cleaning. Very nice family-owned business, Good Day Carpet Cleaning. roger was polite, professional, arrived on time, and took extra care with the carpet cleaning. We had one spot come back the next day, and they said no problem, they would return to check it. leonard came back soon after and not only treated the spot again, but also cleaned over the whole carpeted area to make sure everything looked even and fresh.
