The staff gave me courtesy calls while they were on the way to provide an estimate for carpet cleaning, carpet stretching, and carpet repair in my home, and again before arriving for the cleaning appointment. Marvin and ernest did an excellent job on my puppy-marked carpet for Good Day Carpet Care. This was not a quick one-hour carpet cleaning visit. We did a full walk-through, and marvin asked about every area where my fur baby had been so they could treat the spots the right way. They used carpet agitation to lift pet hair, deep cleaned the fibers, and applied a deodorizer that left my carpet and the whole house looking and smelling fresh.
