Our business in Washington has been using a carpet cleaning service for a long time, but this was my first experience managing the process. The team arrived on time, acted professionally, and really knew their stuff when it came to carpets. Nolan arrived right on time and was very professional. Our carpets had lots of stains from kids and pets. Before starting, he walked through the whole house with me so I could show him all the spots I wanted him to focus on. Some of our carpets are original and very light colored, so we didn’t expect much, but they turned out much better than we hoped! We just wanted to refresh them, and Nolan did a fantastic job, especially with some old stains that had been there for a while.
I got a call about thirty minutes before they showed up, which was really helpful. My appointment window was from 8 AM to 11 AM, and they arrived and were ready to start a little after eight. Leonard and Derek helped me move some furniture I couldn't lift myself, and they were both friendly and professional. Since they have used this company for all their move out carpet cleanings, I decided to try them too. I called and asked for an estimate, and they sent Marvin to our home to look at the carpets and give an exact price. Marvin was friendly and very helpful. We’ve hired this carpet cleaning service twice so far. Marvin has done an amazing job each time. The first time was just for the carpets, and the most recent visit included the whole house, including the tile. With pets in the house, getting rid of odors in the carpet is really important for us. After Marvin was done, the whole place smelled and felt much fresher. He pays special attention to spots that need extra care.
