I first heard of this place on phantom gourmet so we went and checked it out! We got the maple bacon muffin! Omg!! That’s all I can say. Since then we go in occasionally for treats and are never disappointed. My 11 year old is a picky eater but he loves Good day! I know the owner helps out with the homeless through Blanket Me and it’s so refreshing knowing she gives back to the community. Her character speaks volume..
This place is warm and welcoming; the atmosphere is stellar in a nice renovated lofty space in the mills. The selection of food and baked goods selection are seasonal, fresh and perfect for breakfast or a lunch. In fact I was in with my little daughter just recently for a cup of coffee, a cup of cocoa and a piece of quiche. We really love Kathy’s commitment to the community; she is always at farmers market with her goodies. There is something really delicious there for everyone. ���
Love Good Day Cafe! It has been a favorite of our family from the first time they opened their doors. Great food both in the cafe and for catering too! I've also used Good Day Cafe to cater for my business so whether it's personally or professionally, Kathy and her team have been on target.

This is such a cozy cafe with outstanding food and friendly service. It’s our favorite Sunday breakfast spot!
