This is the absolute BEST team around!! I worked directly with Nic for buying, Matt for selling and Heather for all the details in between. They were happy to answer all of my many questions and kept me informed all along the way. It was easy to trust them and I never doubted that they had my best interest at heart. I am so happy in our new home but when I buy again I will absolutely use Good Company Real Estate!!!

Bob O helped me find and purchase my little Tempe condo 5 years ago. When in came time to sell, I turned to him again to list it. The service was WAY above and beyond my expectations, as if it was a multi-million dollar property. I could not be happier with the entire experience and results!

I can’t tell you enough how amazing this group of people are. My home closed on 4/26/18 and it was flawless in every step of the way. Nic Bacani staying in touch with me for 2 years is true professionalism! Mike Roberts and Shanea Bodea for handling the VA like the rock stars you are! Last but not least, Heather Honold for cool and cheerfulness as she dealt with me and the seller! Whew!!
We can’t forget the outstanding mug that you all sent!! Such a wonderful group! I will not hesitate to use you again or refer to friends or family! Well done!

Working with Good Company Real Estate was truly a wonderful experience. As a first time home buyer I wasn’t entirely sure what I was getting into, but Nic Bacani made it so easy and really had our best interest at heart. Never once did I feel pressured to buy anything or rushed to make a decision and I ended up with a beautiful home thanks to Nic! He kept us in the loop through every step of the process and answered all of our questions and concerns in a very timely manner, no matter how silly they may have been!
I would highly recommend friends and family turn to Good Company for all of their buying and selling needs in the future. They are the best!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the effort and assistance we got from Bob O'Neill and his team at Good Company. Not only did Bob help us to buy our first home in Arizona 5 years ago, he kept in touch and sent us info on other properties and then helped us sell our 1st home and purchase a new home last month. The whole experience was positive and we felt confident that Bob really was working for us and had our best interests at heart. Everything went smooth thanks to him and his co-workers. We would highly recommend this real estate company and Bob O'Neill to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Bob O'Neill is a rockstar and continues to go above and beyond. He took care of my husband and I when we bought our house in June and now it's February and Bob continues to go the extra mile for us whenever we need him. Would give more stars if it were an option. Great guy and great group of people who really care . Can't recommend them enough.
