Brought in our recently purchased used car for an overall inspection. Repair suggestions were well explained and zero percent pushy. Mo (owner?) was great.
Y’all 10/10 experience! I highly recommend this place for any of your Autoworks needs. Not only is the car service amazing but the customer service is top-notch too. The value matches the cost and they were very time efficient. They handle the hurricane of anxiety that is me and they handled the hassle of Ducky5000 my highlander.
As a femme, it’s really annoying to get your car serviced almost anywhere, except here. Jeff was kind, direct, and not condescending when letting me know what was going on with my car. They were also quick with the service which is never upsetting.
This was a great shop to work with. They were very communicative about the issue, what they would do to resolve, and how to prevent the issue from occurring again. I felt like they actually cared about helping me, and that was a great feeling to receive. I definitely would recommend.
