I want to give a big shout out to Automotive technician Erik who went above and beyond to help with me a low tire pressure issue. As I senior solo driver, I arrived at their facility stressed about a “low tire pressure” indicator light that appeared on my dash. Erik and his colleague tested each tire, added air where needed. Erik went above and beyond to diagnose why one of my new tires was low. He found a nail in the tire and immediately resolved the issue. Great customer service ! And awesome work.
Awsome experience at good2go. Went for an alignment. 2 weeks later had to go back cause steering was crooked again, they took me in the same day I called. They did an inspection and found the problem, that was not related to the previous alignment they did but from another job I got done in another garage in Squam.. They fixed and aligned my truck again for free. Very cool dudes!
