I just moved my family to Georgetown, TX I absolutely love it here. This company would be my first bad experience. Got approved for a home with this company on Monday, they were pushing for me to come in that day, while I’m working, to pay deposit. I told them that I couldn’t get in until Friday. They told me they couldn’t start the process and remove the listing from the market until I paid deposit, which I fully understand, but again told them that I couldn’t do anything until Friday.
