Dr Gooch was rude and uncaring. He started to use a scalpel on my foot without telling me what he was doing, and when I reacted from pain, he was condescending and rude. Will not return. However, his nurse was kind.
Dr.Gooch has done an awesome job on my toe. Got it smushed under a piano, he was able to operate on it the night of luckily and have been seeing him for my return appointments. I’ve had several appointments and each one of them has gone smoothly, no scheduling conflicts, no rude lady’s up front, or anything that the other reviews I’ve read mentioned.
I previously saw this podiatrist a few years ago and had a very positive experience, which is why I felt comfortable bringing my wife in when she began having issues with her toenail. During our earlier visits, he was attentive, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about his patients. However, our most recent visit in March 2026 felt very different.
