He destroyed both of my rims and left me with one tire that wouldn't even hold air. It's been a week and he still hasn't replaced the tire he destroyed. He didn't have the proper equipment or tools and was extremely unprofessional. Thomas is going to be a great & valuable asset to anyone that uses his Services... He replaced a fuel pump / sending unit for my E250 today which started out as a clear & sunny day and out of nowhere a squall blew in, he stuck to the task & got the job done in record time. Our truck wouldn’t start and Thomas came out very quickly to where we were. He was able to help diagnose the problem and also run out to the store to get the part needed to get us on the road again. He was professional, kind, and diligent in solving the problem! We definitely recommend!
Twice this week they saved me & my tire needs :) first when my brakes had, had enough. Then again 2 days later when i needed a patch for my tire. Both times recieved service within a couple hours, came to me and took care of everything. Super impressed with services. Would recommend them to friends and family.
Thomas was friendly and professional. He helped me with an inspection of a vehicle before I purchased it and gave me recommendations. I truly wish I lived closer I’d love to just come to him for my auto problems.
