Car still dirty...they use brush on paint and it has gravel and dirt for bucket and other cars . I tell them no brush and they say "if we don't use it your car won't be clean" ! No idiot if you don't use it my paint won't be scratched...like last time !
My first time there was yesterday I had the Goo-Goo special done, and still had to come home and wash bugs and bug residue off the front and back of my truck, not to mention when I got my change back from the machine it spit some out thank God it wasn't a windy day.
I would give it zero stars if I could. Paid $15 and the dirt flowed off the front of my car and gathered around the trunk. I still have bug guts on the hood also. I will never go back. The $5 car wash on Indian ripple road is better and cheaper.
Doesn't get dry enough have to park and dry off with towels.
Best car wash out there for my money. Good wash, dryer does well and the best vacuums around. Can't beat $8.00 and the free mat cleaners. Because I do the cleaning myself after the wash, I know things are done right. Nice to see workers in uniforms too. They keep their property nice as well.
Just went here for first time. Was packed and a cluster no direction on how things go so was lost most of the time. Also got mid grade 12 dollars wash which should of got all dirt off of can cause was light but left tons of dirt all over it. Could of done better myself washing it. We will not be going back. Only reason I gave it a 2 is cause it offers free vacuum car out with most washes.
I work here and I've had no problems with my truck being washed or any of my family or friends that's came to get a wash I think it'd the best wash in Springfield to get ur car washed so stop in by and get ur car washed and watch how good we do at cleaning ur vehicles
