Can't reach ANYONE in customer service regarding my rapid pass subscription! so frustrating! Called, emailed.... no response. no one is ever available and the automated system wants you to leave a message!
Visited this location today and after the first time going through I still had soap suds on my vehicle, all over the top and on the rear window. I expressed my concern to an employee and he told me to go back through again. So I did and again still had soap visible on my vehicle. I then spoke to the manager of the location and told him I wanted my money back and he asked for the receipt. Does more harm then good.
absolutely do not recommend. I just bought a vehicle from a carvana lot this Monday. exterior and paint were completely flawless. this being a new car I wanted to go somewhere nice to get a good wash, after the salt being on the roads. so I got the polymer package, and once I get back home, I noticed five or six lines of scratches on my trunk lid. I've emailed customer support and haven't heard anything back yet. what a bad experience today, and terrible first impression.
Once again I thought I would give them another try $15.00 wash came out and still had bird crap in windows and side of car I asked it to be rewashed the 2 guys were rude,obnoxious and made a lot of fowl comments Never again I sure hope they know they are not the only wash around

It has damaged my car multiple times. It ripped the grill off my car broke it, and is removing paint from my car. I have hundreds in repairs. No one answers phones or returns e-mails or voice mails. I am going to have to cancel my rapid pass by filling out a affidavit with my bank for fraud.
Got stuck in the actual wash mid-cycle and had to call for them to realize I was stuck. Then was told they were working on it without apology. Also didn’t get car wash that I paid for and they tried to just give me a gift card for a free wash. Usually not hateful experiences but today was enough to never want to return.
