Not sufficient time spent with him
While I was roomed quickly and met the NP and MD quickly on 9/16, I don't think I received good care. I received some verbal info and a demo of pendulum arm swings. However, I received no hard copy written instructions nor did I receive any access to the patient portal so I could access my chart. I did make another appointment. Overall, the experience was VERY disappointing. I'm used to Dr. Evanich's excellent people, procedures, and resources. This was not all like those.
