My wife and I live in High Ridge, Missouri, but we were in Navarre Beach, Florida, when a crown on one of my upper teeth broke off. Dr. Gonzalez was just down the street and I was an unannounced walk-in. She examined me promptly and although there was nothing she could do, she wrote "Tooth 12: crown off with part of tooth fractured off inside" so that I could make an appointment with my dentist and he would know what to expect.
