I’ve never written a negative review before, but the receptionist (Gloria) at this dentist’s office was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When asked simple questions about the appointment, she responded with attitude instead of helping. The rest of the staff might be great, but that kind of behavior at the front desk leaves a terrible first impression. A receptionist should make patients feel welcome, not uncomfortable. Mr Gonzalez and staff were very professional handling my dental needs. This dentist filled 6 cavities and replaced two crowns plus adjusted my bite in 2 days, in less than 8 hours work ,using the latest technology and his assistant was just as professional..This is the first painless dental experience in my life after 50 years of dental work.
