PLEASE READ , I have never left a negative review of a business medical or otherwise but all need to see this so as to prevent a negative experience. This is the worst medical staff I have had the displeasure to encounter. Dr Gonzalez and his older secretary are incredibly rude, unprofessional, incompetent and unempathetic to their patients suffering. I’ve never written a negative review before, but the receptionist (Gloria) at this dentist’s office was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When asked simple questions about the appointment, she responded with attitude instead of helping. The rest of the staff might be great, but that kind of behavior at the front desk leaves a terrible first impression. A receptionist should make patients feel welcome, not uncomfortable.
