I recently considered moving to country village in Gonzales and was ready to put down a deposit and pay the application fee. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor. The price for a one bedroom is 650 affordable ,yes. But beware it’s rat and roach infested . There’s holes in the kitchen , bathroom , that’s I’ve been trying to get them to fix for months , they never came . it’s disgusting asf , you go and talk to the manager about the promblem and to try and find a solution , and she tells me oh, everybody has them(rats,roaches). It’s not ok when your catching 8/9 rats a week , that’s not including the ones that don’t get caught, it’s a problem . And with the roaches it’s no better . I cl... read more
