I lived in these apartments for 3 years never had any problems when there is any issue all it takes is a simple email request and maintenance gets to it same day. I also found that if you do have any trouble that it is easier to walk up to front office. That's how I was able to get my place to rent.

I recently considered moving to country village in Gonzales and was ready to put down a deposit and pay the application fee. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via text, phone calls, and emails, I received no responses. This lack of communication made the process frustrating and unprofessional.
