I love Citywide! I bought a home 5 years ago in Manor. Mike came out and checked my system all was good. 5 years later the house wasn't cooling. I thought I could fix it myself. Nope. I fried the fan motor. I called Citywide explained my issue a service tech I believe his name was Jake. He came out very timely he made an inspection. Explained my issue and even had the fan size I needed on the truck!! I can't thank Citywide enough for getting my family out of a hot situation in Texas in the summer! Thank you Citywide!!!
Our A/C stopped cooling on a hot Sunday afternoon in the middle of July. We tried calling several different repair shops and no one answered. The guys at Citywide DID answer, and said that they would have someone at our house within the hour. The owner, Mike Gonzalez, came out and replaced the capacitor, and was finished in less than 20 minutes. He was super friendly and courteous, and explained exactly what he repaired and the life expectancy of the parts he replaced. The best part is that it didn’t break the bank! Awesome ... read more
