He's a one-man show, so he did a great job of getting me rolling between his other customers and SMOG inspections. He also asked the right questions when I dropped off my car. "Did you hear anything like a bearing going out?" That told me that he was looking for the cause of the problem, not just fixing the symptom. His price was beyond reasonable, and I tipped him well.
