Absolutely horrible from start to finish. Do not use this practice. No communication and just all out unprofessional. Try if you want but there are plenty of reviews warning you not to. Be prepared to be completely frustrated.
This place is pathetic !! Run from this place !! Understaffed ,never answers nor returns you phone calls. The parking lot has holes that ruined my front $85 tire ! Their elevator hasn’t been working for months ! I had to go in person this morning and their office was closed for no apparent reason. There was a sign on the desk saying that all patients were to go to their basement “ gym !?!? “ They didn’t send our records to our referral Doctor’s offices ! This is the shittiest doctors office I’ve ever been too! I’ve been belong this place up since yesterday and they are REFUSING to answer the phone. I DO NOT recommend this doctor.
The doctors are good but the non clinical side is terrible. No one answers the phones. You are made to leave voicemails which no one calls back on. If you need blood work or a referral it is best you make sure to have them generate/print it out so you can take it with you so you can fax or take it where you need to go yourself. Extremely disappointed of this "business". I specifically asked to have my appointments only face to face, got rescheduled 3 times for this exact reason, finally got in, got my blood work done, and for the follow up I was not called to be let know it is going to be a telecall not a face to face appointment. Here I am, waiting for the dr. to pop on the screen so I can get my results. All I'm wondering is how is she going to listen to my lungs/heart... This is ridiculous!
