I have been trying for 3 weeks to speak with someone. I even went in person someone was supposed to call. Nothing!. My aon needs epi pens for school and I need a note for the school!!!
Absolutely horrible from start to finish. Do not use this practice. No communication and just all out unprofessional. Try if you want but there are plenty of reviews warning you not to. Be prepared to be completely frustrated.
This place is pathetic !! Run from this place !! Understaffed ,never answers nor returns you phone calls. The parking lot has holes that ruined my front $85 tire ! Their elevator hasn’t been working for months ! I had to go in person this morning and their office was closed for no apparent reason. This is the shittiest doctors office I’ve ever been too! I’ve been belong this place up since yesterday and they are REFUSING to answer the phone. I DO NOT recommend this doctor.
The doctors are good but the non clinical side is terrible. No one answers the phones. You are made to leave voicemails which no one calls back on. If you need blood work or a referral it is best you make sure to have them generate/print it out so you can take it with you so you can fax or take it where you need to go yourself.
