Extremely disappointed of this "business". I specifically asked to have my appointments only face to face, got rescheduled 3 times for this exact reason, finally got in, got my blood work done, and for the follow up I was not called to be let know it is going to be a telecall not a face to face appointment. This is my daughter's pediatrician's office. I find it very unprofessional and absurd that I have called this office for hours upon hours and yet no one answers the phone at the front desk. I'm not calling to chit chat I'm calling because I need to speak with one of the people at the front desk that are getting paid to do a job. Dr Gonzaga needs to do better with whoever is at the front desk. They're obviously not doing their job and don't tell me they're too busy to answer the damn phone.
They won’t allow me to get patient records transferred. The phones don’t pick up and you can’t leave a message. I tried refill line, appt line and medical records line.
I have been trying for 3 weeks to speak with someone. I even went in person someone was supposed to call. Nothing!. My aon needs epi pens for school and I need a note for the school!!!
Absolutely horrible from start to finish. Do not use this practice. No communication and just all out unprofessional. Try if you want but there are plenty of reviews warning you not to. Be prepared to be completely frustrated.
