RecommendedI had a Wonderful experience here. Dr was super nice and completely knowledgeable and passed his knowledge on. The staff was wonderful as well. Beverly is an absolute doll!
Be sure to have them truly check your insurances. I ordered glasses and lenses and about the time it was due to be here, they said I owe more money. Now I am requesting a refund. Done. Not going to be spoken rudely to. Five people in my house wear glasses and going somewhere else.
Sad to say, went to pick up my new eyeglasses today and the office was closed, which conflicted with their recorded office hours for Friday (6pm) and what they’ve published on their website. Possibly just a breakdown in communication as they didn’t mention needing an appointment to pick them up, just that they were ready. Great doctors and staff, but call first!
Dr. Lisa is fantastic. As a diabetic and family history of other eye concerns, she takes extra time to make sure that she addresses and examines for everything. I love Gontarek Eye Care, Optometrists, LLC . The entire staff is wonderful!
Love coming here for myself and my 2 boys. They always spend time explaining and going over any concerns you may have. Entire staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I am so lucky that I found these amazing Drs and their staff!!
