I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. After dealing with another office (in the mall) that didn't take my son's vision concerns seriously, Gotarek went the extra mile and did the additional testing to find the issue. I'm so thankful that my son will finally be able to see properly. I would highly recommend this company!
Do not disregard the negative reviews! They were in-network for active duty military + now are not, but do not inform the member or dependents that they will be charged out of pocket for the annual eye exam and/or the paper prescription given to patients after the exam. In other words, they will do the exam, but will charge for giving you the prescription which says what you were seen for/what's wrong with your vision. Extremely shady business!!! BEWARE!!!

Mrs. Parker, I can understand your frustration. I would hope that having worked with us over the last 3 years that you would know we are not shady. I will be personally looking in to your situation. I have been a Tricare provider for over 16 years and have never been "out of network." Seems like there may be a glitch. I have experienced some inconsistencies with the way Tricare processes claims ever since Humana Military took over as the administrating body for Tricare. I ordered contacts in June. I realized that I ordered one box too many. I was told that an unopened box could be returned for a refund. I called the office in January to ask if I could still do this. It had been over 6 months and I wasn’t sure. I was told that as long as the box was unopened and not damaged that the contacts could be returned and to just bring the box to the office. I live in NC.
