RecommendedI can’t say enough about Dr. Benjamin and his staff. The minute I walked into the office with my children, he knew their issues which are more complex in nature immediately. Now I am a patient also. He is not only an amazing chiropractor but he is so personal and makes you feel like you are his only patient. Dr. Ben has given me hope for the first time. We are already seeing improvement just a few months in. I am so grateful for Gonstead.

Dr. Benjamin is an amazing man! He was able to take my severe case of scoliosis to a straight spin!! His whole team is an extremely caring group of individuals that care for not just your body, but they care about you as a person!
Very happy to have them as my Chiropractor. Have been going since early 2000. The staff there are incredible! Very interested in your well being and very accommodating. What I like about Gonstead method, is that they make adjustment where needed only and not in other places where not needed.

Dr. Benjamin has changed my life. Severe, stabbing shoulder pain had plagued me for years, and I had tried numerous procedures and medications to eliminate it. Within two months of seeing Dr. Benjamin, it was 90% better. Now, I see him two to three times a month to help with inflammation caused by my Multiple Sclerosis. He has a compassionate and caring spirit, and I consider him one of my essential healthcare providers.
Dr. Benjamin treatment has changed my life. I travel from Asheville to get my treatment. I could not function with normal activities of daily life. My lower back has come a long ways. I am able to do all I need to with my kids and lift weights in the gym. Thank you dr. B. You are totally God sent into my life.
I Can’t recommend Gonstead enough, their practice is very welcoming, Doctor Rich has been putting me back together now for just over a year now. His experience and passion to helping people is above and beyond. My overall health has improved drastically, less back, neck, shoulder and hip pain. Rarely suffer from headaches and stomach pains anymore. My hearing has even improved a little bit. If you’re not seeing a chiropractor you should be, so many benefits.
