RecommendedI have gone there since they were only open 2-3 days a week and always felt comfortable. I can't say that about any of the other dentists I've seen in the past.
Dr Gonsalves has done amazing dental work for me and my family. I am petrified of the dentist but he will go at your pace and the staff is very friendly. I wish we had known about them years ago.
Disappointed in Dr. G, as I have been a patient since 2012. On my recent visit he left me in the chair with a numb mouth for 1 hour and did not return to complete procedure or check on me; I left and called to place my concern and the receptionist was rude, and unprofessional. He had his receptionist call me back to inform me that he could not help me with my dental needs after I was already rescheduled, which was very unexpected, as he never apologized for leaving me unattended. My son Matthew who is special needs loves Dr.G and Miss Chris!! They have always went beyond just caring for his teeth.
You always feel welcome here!!!! They are family and I love this office
This happens to be the best dental office in the state of North Carolina. I used to hate going to the dentist not any more!
