Wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone. 3 hour wait time, they forgot to call in my prescription, the staff doing intake have very poor attitudes, Non professional atmosphere overall.
Even if you have an appointment, prepare to carve at least 3 hours out of your day, bring reading material, catch up on emails, etc. It’s gonna be a while. I’m a provider so I understand clinic/office dynamics, but this is RIDICULOUS. We will be advocating for my husband’s employer to use another facility for DOT exams.
Came from out of town for thanksgiving. They conveniently said took their last patient at 4:13 pm. Told them I had an ear infection but lady was snotty and didn’t care.
I've been here over 1 1/2 hours. I've watched 12 people who came in after me be seen. I ask and then informed that there are 3 other people in front of me.. there are only 4 in the lobby. Smfh
