Very rude receptionist when u first walked in. ...acted like she didnt want to be there.. which is the last thing u need when u feel bad... she turned us away without even trying to call the insurance company....but when I got in the car I called the insurance company and they said yes I could have seen the PA....and yes they would have paid.....but she never even called or tried to help she just handed the cards back to me and said "oh you have Cigna Healthsprings....we have a PA.. we cant see u....."...so we went to the ne... read more
Excellent service. They got me in and out within 30 minutes!
Nurses could be a little nicer other then that it was a good first time ..
Offices were clean. Staff is extremely friendly. I had a very short wait. My only complaint would be my prescriptions. I went late in the evening and they didn’t call in my prescriptions before they closed, so I had to wait until the following morning to call their office and have them send my prescriptions in.
I came here on Sunday and the doctor told me I had a virus and gave me cough medicine. The next day I went to a different doctor because my symptoms were getting worse and I was diagnosed with pneumonia. I very easily could be in the hospital if I didn’t go see another doctor.
