Terrible service and very, very slow. They prioritize online orders, better service if you order from your car, better yet, go elsewhere. Seems like in person customers are just a nuisance. Their menu also isn’t as extensive as other locations. Don’t bother.
This location is the worst. They made us wait 20 minutes and when the our turn to order reached, asked explicitly to wait another 5 minutes and then said us that the wait time is 20 minutes. If you do not want to serve in-person store customers who came to enjoy your tea, just shut down your business and became completely Uber Eats based nonsense. Do not order from here, the worst customer service experience and they do not treat their customers as humans but just source of money.
