Asked for as little as possible and saw them put a full cup an ice in my cup the chinced me on my drink so hard never going there again!!!! I wish I could leave negative stars this isn’t the first time this happened the employees area lazy dirty and talk shit about the customers don’t come here even if your desperate.
I had a wonderful experience at Gong Cha Scarborough today. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted warmly by Andy. He took the time to provide recommendations for drinks and answered any questions I had with a smile. I opted for the Mango Green Tea which was delicious. Thank you Andy for making this customer feel valued and appreciated! I will definitely be coming back to this location :)
