I came here with my family, and we ordered four drinks and a crème brûlée croffle. We waited over 35 minutes for our order. Meanwhile, the group in front of us ordered and received their drinks on time. When I finally followed up with the server—after she finished helping customers who had arrived after us—she told us it would take another five minutes to make our last drink. We placed an order through Uber Eats and they took more than 40 minutes preparing our drinks, apart from that the Uber took an hour and a half more and to top it off they didn't put straws for our drinks
