Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this place. The service was extremely slow, my order was written down incorrectly, and when the drink was ready, the staff spoke so quietly that it was almost impossible to hear, meaning I didn't have a chance to get my order on time. When I finally received my drink, it was already watered down, clearly because it had been sitting there for too long. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Perhaps the service is better during quieter times, but today was very disappointing.
It doesn’t even deserve one star. We got a Pearl milk tea. We drank it and it felt like water and expired milk. There was no suger in it and it was the worse one I had. Really poor costumer service and the staff was not good.
I wouldn’t even give one star if that were possible. I ordered my usual Royal Pearl Milk Tea (standard ice and sugar), but it tasted completely different from what it should. The drink was made and handed to me within about 30 seconds, which made it seem like it was pre-made. I didn’t hear or see it being properly shaken.
