I usually find the staff here friendly but the quantity of the toppings have decreased dramatically? Same as some of the other branches on Brisbane southside except for Gong Cha Market Square. See pics comparison. Same drink. Different quantity of toppings. Left pic: This is what you get at Garden City, Calamvale (sometimes) and Browns Plains??? Right pic: fuller/normal decent amount of toppings at Market Square. They almost always provide consistent quality and quantity.
I always come to this gong cha, and get the same thing and have never had an issue, up until today. I try to order the same thing as I always do and the lady said they aren’t allowed to change the topping even tho I always do. And then I ask to upgrade to a bigger size while ordering and she refused to let me upgrade the size, even tho I’m the paying customer, she was incredibly rude to me and I am not happy. Regularly go here for passionfruit green tea, they happily to reduce the sweetness; she always provides great service all the time, speedy too and she always has a smile, best manager! 😀
