It took 3 days to get the office to send over the prescription. Very unprofessional. Nearly impossible to get anybody to answer the phone.

No complaint about the Dr or Nurse, but office staff is horrible. Impossible to communicate by phone, your call is always transferred to a full answering system that does not accept messages. Waiting time in my last visit was over 3 hours, not exact recollection of previous ones, but always long waits. Lack of knowledge or desire to communicate with insurance, defending false claims to avoid requesting insurance approval when required. Dr. Gomez-Madrazo is a very good doctor, but his clinic is alway full, if you have an appointment there, make sure you have half of your day to spend there. But the worse part is the staff. SInce November 2015 I called to request a prescription of contraceptives which the Dr. had already approved, I call them three times in a 2 weeks period and they always said the same thing "the doctor was busy and that they will talk to him and call me back" today is almos the end of April 2016 six months later and im still waiting in tha... read more
