Office personnel are disorganized and late daily. Adriana and Gloria have never been present at 7am and arrive close to 8am. And leave for lunch during the peak business hours. Sales and/or P.O's for a functioning business should be obtainable upon company operation time, which here is 7am. I'd recommend a different company if you want a guaranteed delivery/service.
