Mr. Kennedy was professional and very respectful person. He saved my day by dispatching the mechanic on time. The mechanic was professional, quick and friendly. He did a great job. Thank you very much. I recommend them to every road side service. Call this guys if you need road side service instead of calling others who waste your time by promising to come but never show up.

Truck had a antifreeze leak and we called road service from them. They showed up at 9am this happened at around 5am. Thats ok thats normal in the field. Whats not normal is that they charged us 550 for just coming to us and telling us where the leak was coming from. Which ended up being from the radiator. Now I understand charging for coming but nothing was done to our truck. We ended up having to drive it back north with it leaking for 1hr and 45 mins. I just contacted this company for a service quote. After providing the location information for my driver, the male representative abruptly hung up without any explanation or follow-up call. While I understand they may not have wanted to take the job, simply hanging up rather than professionally declining is unprofessional and disrespectful. After reading other reviews mentioning similar experiences, it seems this lack of professionalism is a pattern. I cannot recommend this business.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

1..Price they told me over the phone was a lie 2.. they charge for labor when there was no labor Bad experience terrible service when the was no service but they still charge he just took out his phone the was his labor smh
