I just contacted this company for a service quote. After providing the location information for my driver, the male representative abruptly hung up without any explanation or follow-up call. While I understand they may not have wanted to take the job, simply hanging up rather than professionally declining is unprofessional and disrespectful. After reading other reviews mentioning similar experiences, it seems this lack of professionalism is a pattern. I cannot recommend this business.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ew.. they tried charging me $400 just to look at my air conditioner fan issue.. even if they cant fix the issue

Anthony with the food truck trolley….. you guys are awesome! Professional and reasonable. Called them late on a Sunday night & phone was answered immediately. They were out to us in less than an hour. Incredible service!
