Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them Was this provider's office too loud? Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Kind of, but not very much Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough

I was never uncomfortable Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
