I had my first visit with Dr. Golshani today. I found her to be a good listener, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Her staff, as well, were very helpful and friendly.
I called today (12/16) at 1:50 PM to make an appointment and the receptionist was beyond rude and had an attitude the entire time feeling like I was bothering her by calling. She did not greet me and immediately asked for my name. Even after confirming the doctor was in network, she refused to let me book an appointment and kept repeating that I would have to pay $200, despite me clearly stating that I understood and that it was not an issue. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Golshani for over 10 years, and she is an outstanding primary care doctor—kind, thorough, and truly caring. Her staff is always so helpful and welcoming. I am very grateful for the excellent care I’ve received from her and her team.
I have been searching for a new PCP for quite some time. I found the receptionist at Dr. Golshani's office inattentive and not personable. I had to reschedule my original visit because my baby was in the hospital and it was as if I was talking to a robot - no acknowledgment of the situation I was in.
