I’ve been a patient of Dr. Golshani for over 10 years, and she is an outstanding primary care doctor—kind, thorough, and truly caring. Her staff is always so helpful and welcoming. I am very grateful for the excellent care I’ve received from her and her team.
I have been searching for a new PCP for quite some time. I found the receptionist at Dr. Golshani's office inattentive and not personable. I had to reschedule my original visit because my baby was in the hospital and it was as if I was talking to a robot - no acknowledgment of the situation I was in. A normal person would say - "I am sorry to hear that - ok lets reschedule." Now fast forward to my actual appt - the staff was cold when I entered but I was open to giving them and the Dr a chance. Front office was beyond rude and condescending as I was trying to figure out an insurance issue. Receptionist clearly didn't understand the disconnect between her office directives and the way the insurance assigns Drs via HMO guidelines nor did she take a moment to hear how we were aligned to this office.
