You call to make an appointment and they put you on hold for 20 minutes, and when they finally answer and you request an appointment, they give you one for 2 or 3 months later. The call reception is terrible, very poor communication, no patience or professionalism.

Falta de coordinación y comunicación. Asistimos a esta oficina por la cercanía con nuestra casa pero lamentablemente ya hemos tenido varios inconvenientes aquí. Y siempre ha sucedido minutos antes de la citas. Y las veces que he pedido conversar con la manger del lugar nunca está. Es una falta de respeto y consideración con los ninos y con los padres que asistimos aquí.

I have been taking my kids here for years and have had zero issues. Dr. Knight is phenomenal and so are the staff. Usually pretty quick to get in too. Id say the only downfall are the small rooms, as it can be overwhelming with multiple children. However that doesn't change the fact that the practice itself is amazing and I recommend them for sure.

I am very thankful to Anna who is the nurse who answers the phone call urgent needs. She did an amazing job for my daughter Gloria and we are so grateful!
