I've been to dozens of doctors offices. This one is the worst. They keep trying to force me to go to in person appointments when I moved hours away and just need one appointment so I can change doctors, they keep getting booked months out because they're at capacity and can't hire enough people, and the whole situation is a nightmare. There was a time where they were ghosting me for MONTHS while laying and saying they'd call me back each time I called them. Dr Rodriguez is a very knowledgeable down to earth doctor that listens to the children. We have been with Elite DNA for years and this is how it is done way to go Dr. Rodriguez & Carmel LPN was remarkable! They have an office opening in Cape Coral 10/2025! I can not emphasize how great the whole express from check in to check out! Way to go staff! Professional & Polite very nice!
