Very friendly and professional staff. They were amazing with my son. Ran smoother and more quickly than any hospital I have ever been to.
The children’s nurses are inexperienced and incompetent in trying to draw blood from a 2yr old. The poked my crying child THREE times in trying to find his vein. After the 3rd attempt i said “Stop that’s enough we’re leaving!!”
I like this hospital
Wait time was horrible which i was prepared for bc the lobby was so packed. Finally got in the back, doctor comes in asks me what’s going on I tell her and she explains to do everything that I’m already doing at home for my baby which was very frustrating to me bc I’m expecting her to give me an actual solution rather than sticking to my home remedies. I feel like she was no help and just trying to rush us out to get through the next patient bc of how busy they are. Nurse Olivia comes in and treated us so much better! She wa... read more
