I took my 1-year-old son here because he had a fever, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely upsetting from beginning to end. To start, while we were checking in, I noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall directly behind the woman at the check-in desk. That was concerning enough on its own, especially in a hospital. My 8-9 month old at the time, who is uncircumcised, had a UTI and the male haitian(I believe-will update name later) Doctor advised us to retract everyday day and clean and that the AAP advises that. Um no they do not. Educate yourselves.. please. That is called forced retraction and not advised. smh. Also, learn how to do blind caths, if needed. The wait time is astronomical. Even when the lobby is not packed what so ever it feels like I’m sitting forever. Everything is slow, I would recommend somewhere else for a faster visit.
