my opinion: absolutely horrible disgusting place. -1 star if i could. i was treated like a joke. told i was “a teenager looking for attention” and a “long panic attack” as i was non-stop fainting with breathing issues. (now getting tested for POTS without their help) said i was nauseous and that’s the only thing they did anything about. meds didn’t even work. I scheduled back in the beginning of the year and I was scheduled 8 months out (heart). There was a cancelation and I took it because my daughter could get in 2 months earlier. It was early in the morning. When I got there, the gal at the desk checked me in even though she was concerned about my daughter coughing. Then someone had the manager come out to tell me that because of the type of exam, she cannot be coughing and they had to reschedule. We drive all the way from Buffalo to get our children medical care here! My son has Juvenile Arthritis and after many failed diagnosis's and horrendous experiences at other hospitals locally this place is truly our saving grace. Every provider and staff member sweeter than the last and we couldn't have felt more confident in his care during what ended up being 4+ return visits.
