My 8yo daughter had a procedure with GI. She was an anxious mess for weeks leading up but things went so much better than even I thought they could. On the drive home she complimented the care team with the sweetest statement. She said, “that was such a kind community”. I couldn’t agree more, working in healthcare myself I know how frazzled and impatient providers can be but we felt welcomed and cared for every step of the way. Everyone smiled. Went for my 3 month old, doctor didn’t even know how to handle a baby very rough, didn’t listen , would give 0 stars if I could.

Around 2017 when I was around 8 years old and around 10:00pm I I got my finger shut in a door and lost my finger tip. We went to 2 different hospitals before Golisano and they couldn't do anything for me, they transferred me via ambulance to Golisano Children's Hospital and they were absolutely AMAZING! They were super nice and took great care of me! I highly recommend going here!! Thank you to staff, nurses, and doctors!!!

Horrible treatment by the laddies/ man at the front desk. Only allowing 8 people from our family in the private lobby room by Walmart and sam’s club. The disrespect is off the charts. The whole family is grieving but must be separate? Insanity.
