My son went in due to severe headache etc arrived at 10:30 pm and still waiting to get discharged and it’s almost 7am. I’ll take him somewhere else next time. Dr Johnson cared more about having conversations with coworkers then getting my son and I out of there and kept coming up with excuses to keep us there longer. I don’t expect to be in and out of an emergency department in two hours but that is totally unacceptable how my sons care was handled! No stars! The Eating Disorder program is awful. Lack of communication and threats of needing to have training complete to abruptly with little to no notice within 36-hours from meeting adolescent team to discuss treatment plans viable for the family. Family is not defined outside of mom and dad, so not inclusive unless you advocate for your family makeup. Very threatening.
