This was the worst and degrading experience received. The younger white gentleman did not acknowledge me, asked me to sit which took 30-45 mins. Then he was cold and unwelcoming. Did not ask for any identification or documents as requested before the appointment. During the process, there was no communication then he said, ok your done. No follow up, no this is what to expect, nothing. This doctor never needs to work with veterans again.
