Good staff but appalling lack of privacy- would never use this facility again!
I recently had an eye surgery procedure. It was a positive experience. From the time I arrived to the moment I left the Center, the procedure was excellent. The receptionist was welcoming, had all the papers ready, quickly and easily walked me through every paper I was signing. The nursing staff was excellent, introduced themselves, assisted me in whatever I needed. They were not only kind, but very professional and caring. The people and facility is great. Billing department is impossible to reach. They have made up numbers on a statement that do not match my EOB. They overcharged me and demanded full payment at time of surgery. They said a credit would appear on my account and hasn't. I'm extremely frustrated and have now spent on 3 occasions over 7 hours on hold waiting for them to pick up- instead, they close and don't take the one or 2 calls sitting in their cue. I will never call or go here again. I was told 12 hours before my colonscopy that I would need close to $500 in the morning to get my colonscopy. Then was told I would need to pay the other $1300 in 3 months. Phone call was supposed to be 24-48 hrs in advance. I was at work and the women was extremely rude and cancelled my appt. I took a whole paid day off from work. Wish I could rate a "Zero", not getting my money.
Friendly nurses! Awesome doctors and surgical staff!
Waited over an hour and fifteen minutes to see the Dr, without any apologies from staff. Unacceptable.
